Synopsis

Dae-sik, a man who can’t let go of his ‘past regrets’, is on a business trip with his company boss, Won-chang, while Jeong-wha, a woman who can’t let go of her ‘present unhappiness’, arrives with her husband Byung-sun for a trip to Turkey. Won-chang offers Dae-sik a guided tour, and although Dae-sik is reluctant, he has no choice but to accept, as he cannot refuse his boss's request. And then he runs into his college classmate Jeong-wha, whom he didn’t want to face. During college, Dae-sik had a crush on Jeong-wha and was even dumped by her. Jeong-wha, who has an awkward relationship with him, and Dae-sik, who has to go on a package tour all day long, are in trouble.

Furthermore, he is always worried about the relationship between Jeong-wha and her husband Byung-sun.

Director's Note

There are times in life when you need to break free from the past that binds you. But it's easier said than done. This is especially true when the thing holding me back is my past self. I wanted to say goodbye(gülegüle) to my traumatic past. I wanted to create a story about people who only feel lighter when they let go and have a next life.
