Synopsis

Seong-ah, who lives in a church-owned self-reliance center, receives penance (a practical task for atonement given by the priest after confession) after her confession. She tries her best to practice her penance, but it doesn't work out the way she wants.

 

Director's Note

Can our sins be easily neutralized? If not, how does the mass of sin continue to change and be conserved? Is she the bad one because she makes us look bad, or are we the bad ones because we give her a hard time? Who is the sinner?
