With Christmas coming in a few days, a young Buddhist monk is invited to church by his girlfriend Mari. The boy monk feels uncomfortable about going to church because of his position, and he has a hard time trying to ask permission to do so.
It is a warm story about tolerance and acceptance.
Pure and artless Christmas day at the small rural town...
This story tries to give people 'real meaning of a religion' throughout the eyes of two innocent children who follow different faiths (Christianity and Buddhism) each other.
The head Buddhist and pastor in the film are not actors but actually men of faith. And a Korean traditional style of Christmas carol has been used for more detailed reality.
