| This is a tale about a defeated warrior clan in the late Chosun dynasty. Burnishing a sword and setting himself in order are the warrior¡¯s usual routine as he prepares for the occasional challenge. His wife and he share no words between them though she always sees him off worrying about his safety. However, the idea of a duel as risking a warrior¡¯s death in the name of Chivalry, is violence leaving him only the death of his challenger, his own wounded body, and his wife¡¯s concern. While overcoming his never-ending challenges, the only peace he might feel is during the shirt moment before the fight begins. |
