He is a 90 years old painter. There are two places that he calls home. One is Korea, where he was born and gave him the dream of becoming a painter and the other place is France, where he could complete his artistic inspiration into paintings.
The painter decides to wrap up his 40 years of life in France and live the rest of his life in Korea. So he begins the long journey so that he can resume his life in France but he realizes that returning to Korea, the place where he was born, also means that he has to face his death.

This film relates with the drawings of BAK Young-soo, who is one of the greatest painters of today in Korea. The subject and the form of the film tried to incarnate the contradictory images of light and darkness not to mention life and death that one identifies with in his drawings. This recombination of the opposing images gave form to this experimental film today you see here.
