She wants to know more about her uncanny neighbour, but she cannot see his face.

There is a neighbour who never reveals himself. He says that he is a good neighbour.
But we can neither see his face nor approach him.
No matter how hard we try to get away from him, he is always right next to us, watching
every move we make, listening to every word we speak.
