This is a story of boy¡¯s first bittersweet love, his first wet dream and a period of growth at 13 years of age. Bo-min¡¯s heart is pounding so hard that he can hardly look at Yeon-hi's eyes. One day when Bo-min feels all alone in the world and everything is out of control, he finally gets the courage to call Yeon-hi. It is first time that he meets alone with her at night, and he asks her to kiss him as his birthday present.
This is a film about the difficult period of adolescence and the struggle to understand what it means to be an adult. These difficult issues are complicated further when you've just fallen in love for the first time and your body is growing and changing by the day.
The film is based on a confession of me and my friends¡¯ first love when emotions were high on a "Starry night" in the 90's.
