It is winter in a toy people's village. Spring is long overdue as the snowstorm refuses to go away. Then, a snowman from a faraway land has come.
With his magical power, the snowman summons a wall of ice to protect the village from the blizzard. Later, the villagers discover that the real purpose of the ice wall is to block the coming spring and they fight the snowman to break down the wall.
